To measure your wrist correctly, gently wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around the widest part of your wrist, usually where your wrist bone sits. Mark where it meets, then measure this length in centimetres or inches.

Please avoid using a metal tape measure, as it can give an inaccurate reading.

I will always add approximately ¼ inch for comfort, ensuring your bracelet feels secure yet easy to wear throughout the day.

If you would like to customise this bracelet with different gemstones, spacer beads, charms, or sizing adjustments, please complete the Custom Order Form I’ll then create a piece that’s intuitively designed just for you, filled with intention and care.

Each bracelet is handmade to order and may vary slightly depending on your chosen wrist size. Bead placement and spacing are adjusted to ensure a comfortable and well-balanced fit.

As I work with natural crystal beads, no two pieces are ever identical. You may notice subtle differences in colour, shape or texture, this is the beauty of genuine crystals and what makes your bracelet uniquely yours.

If you have specific preferences, you’re always welcome to leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate where possible.

Your bracelet has been cleansed, and blessed before it reaches you. To keep its energy clear and aligned with your intentions, you can gently cleanse it by:

• Placing it on a selenite plate or cleansing dish
• Smudging with sage, palo santo or incense
• Leaving it under the moonlight overnight

To care for your jewellery (sterling silver, gold filled, plated and other metal components):

• Remove before showering, washing hands or swimming
• Avoid perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals
• Store in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not worn
• Polish gently with a jewellery cloth when needed

With the right crystal bracelet care, your piece will stay energetically clear and beautifully radiant.

Making Time
• Please allow 7–10 working days for your bracelet to be created
• Some designs may take slightly longer if materials need to be sourced or engraving is included. I will be in touch with you if this sits outside of the time allocated

Return Conditions:                                             Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method if the return meets these conditions.
